Here is what is written in the blog :

This is the story about the search of this older dub. Initially, many researchers thinking that actresses/ singers Eliane Celys and Lunienne Dugard have voiced Snow Whitefor an old version at 30-40's. In both case, these are errors, E. Celys has only singing "Some Day My Prince Will Come" for a music-disc, and L. Dugard has commented a Disc-book.

François Justamand, passionate by dub (he as published a book and administers the blog "La Gazette du Doublage") discovered that wages were paid by Disney at 1938 for many french actors at 1938 for voiced Snow White !
It is obvious that the film was dubbed at 1938 in USA.

In 2012, JB Kaufman published a book revealing that Disney has obtained a special waiver to dub the movie in 1938 in the Disney Studios, despite the French law prohibiting producers fot realize their dub in America. According to Kaufman, this dub has released under the supervision of Stuart Buchanan (the original voice of the hunther).
This is that version that is distributed to "Cinema de Marignan" for the official release.
Greg P., another blogger, found an old article revealing that the actress Christiane Tourneur (the speaking voice of SW in this dub) wanted to become famous in the U.S. after voiced Snow White. This some article confirmed that this version was really released in Disney Studios.

In December 2012, Rémi C. is contacted by a collector which possesses a copy of this dub on coil. This coil belonged to a director who had already tried to restore that version.

After a huge amount of work to fully restore this version. The credit report contains the data sheet with the names of the actors.

After all that work, we can finally discover this version, from a real labor of love.

And I agree, the Tatiana Angelini's version is great, she has a love voice.

The first french dub of Snow White, released in USA in 30-40's, was found ! Rémi, the administrator of the french dub board and the blog "Dans l'Ombre des Studios", got a copy 16m coil by a collector. Here a link to his blog with link Dailymotion (which will be removed in 24 hours) :

Yes, Bartok as very funny !

Citatand i think i watched An American Tail, maybe not just that movie but i watched the movie where he was in the wild west.

It was probably "An American Tail : Fievel Goes West" directed by Simon West (Balto), the sequel of Don Bluth movie. I watched this movie a lot when I was children, and I learned later that was a sequel. The James Horner soundtrack as genius !

About the Disney "The Black Cauldron", if I right understand, Disney has redub this movie in swedish at 1998 because a copyright problem. This case is similar in France about the some movie, redub at 1998 for the some reason (4 voice-actors are re-up, 2 for some characters, 2 for different characters   ::)  ).
It is a strange coincidence.

What your favorite Don Bluth movie(s) ?

Formed by Disney, he and his two friends Gary Goldman and John Pomeroy (another genius animator) create their animation studio. Their films stand out for their greatest animations and moving stories, directed by Bluth.

After a prolific 80's periode with 4 cult movies, his subsequent films were failures, except for Anastasia. It's regrettable for a great director...

His filmography :
The Small One - Min lilla åsna (1978)
Banjo, the Woodpile Cat - Vildkatten Banjo (1979)
The Secret of NIMH - Brisby och NIMHs hemlighet (1982)
An American Tail - Resan till Amerika (1986)
The Land Before Time - Landet för längesedan (1988)
All Dogs go to heaven - Änglahund (1989)
Rock-A-Doodle (1991)
Thumbelina - Tummelisa (1994)
A Troll in Central Park - Trollet i parken (1994)
The Pebble and the Penguin - Pingvinen och lyckostenen (1995)
Anastasia (1997)
Bartok the Magnificent - Bartok - en riktig hjälte (1999)
Titan AE (2000)

My favorite movies are :
Thumbelina (I love songs)
All Dogs go to Heaven (so moving and greatest characters)
An American Tail

I like Little Foot, Anastasia and Bartok, but I think Rock-A-Doodle as not a good movie, but I love songs, and Troll in Central Park as a failure.

And I consider Secret of NIMH for one of the best animation films of all times ! Animation as fluid, the story as moving and frenetic, english and french dubs are great (I don't listen the swedish one for the moment) and the Jerry Goldsmith score as magnificent !

This movie is scarry and adult (when I was little, I was very surprised by the blood apparition to the end), but it proves that cartoons are not just for children  ;)

And you ? what your favorite Don Bluth movie ?

-Varius unknown actors between 40-70's
-Roger Carel (Jiminy Cricket & Asterix) sometimes in 70's
-Marc François (Captain Gotô in Patlabor and Shiryu in Saint Seiya) in major cartoons 80's whose "A Christmas Carol" (for the record, he stopped to voiced Mickey because the tobacco)
-Vincent Violette (Pinky in Animaniacs, Scarecrow in Batman TAS) in Who Framed Roger Rabbit
-Jean-Paul Audrain in 90's whose Fantasia (1990's dub) and "A Christmas Carol" (90's dub)
-Jean-François Kopf (Venom in Spider-Man cartoon) in 90's to
-And Laurent Pasquier as his official voice since the late 90's. He voiced Mickey in ALL cartoons since, whose "A Christmas Carol" (2003's dub), Fantasia 2000 and Fantasia 1940 (2010's dub), the house of Mickey and Kingdom Hearts Games.

Here a youtube link summarizing all Mickey voices :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4D98mrBoiA

I personally prefer Laurent Pasquier and Marc François (RIP).

Voices of Donald :

-Jaques Bodoin to in FAFF
-Varius unknown actors between 40-70's
-Michel Elias (Jacquimo and Beetle in Don Bluth's Thumbelina) in 80's whose "A Christmas Carol" (first dub) and Roger Rabbit
-Sylvain Caruso as his official voice since 90's (in all cartoons)

Voices of Goofy (His french name is right Dingo :) ) :

-Varius actors between 40-80's
-Gérard Rinaldi as his official voice since 90's in all cartoons until his death in 2012
-Emmanuel Curtil (Dimitri in Anastasia and many cartoon characters) replacing Gérard since 2012

Mr. Rinaldi was the best voice for Goofy, and all simply one of the best french voice-actors. He was the voices of MANY Disney characters, I let you discover :

He is greatly missed.

CitatApart from that, the Pastoral Symphony segment also has a couple of scenes censored since 1969, in order to remove a somewhat stereotyped black centaur

Yes, it was also because of this that Disney has remade the soundtrack so that the music corresponds to the transition of cut scenes. I like the Stokowski score, but the Kostal's version is most epic.

I do not know which version was broadcast in France between the years 50-70. The first dubbing is either lost or owned by Disney.

Thank you for answering  :)

In France, the film also seems to have different versions : A first dub in 40's with a unknown cast
Probably many dubs among 60's-70's
The 1986's dub with the Kostal's soundtrack
The 1990's dub including the original Stokowski score with François Perrier for the narration. This dub has released on all video and TV editions
And a new version in 2010 for a extended version

That's unfortunate than the Kostal score has rejected. I had the opportunity to listen it and this version is beautiful.

I have a question about swedish dub for Disney's Fantasia :
http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantasia

On this wiki link, I seen that this great movie was redub in 1986. Is it including the Irwin Kostal reorchestration ? Is this version was distributed on VHS or television ?

In France the movie was also redub in 1986 with the Irwin Kostal version, but only for theatrical release with an unknown cast and without video editing, like in USA.

CitatWho voices Minnie Mouse in france and How many actresses has provided her voice?

Hello, forgive me for late reply

Minnie Mouse as mainly voiced by Marie-Charlotte Leclaire since the 90's. Mrs. Leclaire is mainly known for being the voice of Minnie in France but she as also the third voice of Tania in American Tail and she as voiced Mei, the little sister in Hayao Miyazaki's My Neighbor Totoro.

I do not remember which voiced Minnie before the 90's, many actresses voiced her once and many cartoons are redubbed in 90's and 2000's with M.C. Leclaire.
